On the Internet:
You can donate by credit card on our secure server using the JustGive.Org service. Simply click the button to the right and fill out the form. JustGive is dedicated to making it easier for nonprofit organizations to accept donations over the internet while preserving security. On the secure server, you can choose to make a recurring donation, or donate in someone's name or as a memorial. You can also share your email and home address so you can get future news about the Foundation and its work.
By Mail:
Simply mail a check to: Eye Foundation of America, 3140 Collins Ferry Road, Morgantown, WV 26505.
Planned Giving:
You can make the Eye Foundation of America a beneficiary in your will by donating a percentage or set amount of your estate or assets. Consult an attorney or estate planner to determine a plan that will work for you.
